Natural Bodybuilding

I plan on competing in the Novice Division of the 2008 NPC John Sherman Bodybuilding Classic which will be held in conjunction with the 2008 IFBB Houston Pro. This will be the first time in over 10 years that Houston has had an IFBB Pro contest. I am going to get to be backstage with th pros, that is gonna be pretty awesome.

Again folks that is the 2008 NPC John Sherman held in conjunction with the IFBB Houston Pro.  It is gonna be huge, and if I can get my arms to match my legs I will be a pretty impressive specimen on stage!

I was 220 lbs. in 2007 in Galveston so realistically I can be around 225-230 on stage for the 2008 NPC John Sherman.
